Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase, if you wish to return an item. Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund.
It is Your Responsibility to return the item & pay for postage costs. We would advise you send the item(s) tracked. As it is not our responsibility, if your item goes missing. If that happens, no refund will be issued, as we did not receive the goods back.
If we have sent you the wrong item, wrong colour etc. We will sort the postage costs. Or you can return and we will refund you the postage costs.
Items returned must be unused, with all the tags still attached & in original packaging, if sent in. We do not accept returns that have been used, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept returns that have been damaged, in any other way than its been described. We would recommend that you provide a photo for evidence. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimwear, Underwear & Sleepwear.
Your request will be processed within 1 business day after we receive & inspect your item. Once we are satisfied with the item, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, as per request.
Note: The original shipping fee & insurance are non-refundable.
