How does this effect us?

As per the governments national lockdown, we have to close. We will be open on Wednesday 4th Nov, with our doors shut from Thursday 5th Nov until lockdown is lifted.

What can we still do?

We are still allowed to trade via online services and click and collect. So we will still be available for online services, within the national lockdown restrictions.

How will buying online affect you?

  • Purchasing online and having items delivered - If you purchase an item from us online that requires posting, this will continue as normal.¬†Only difference will be we CANNOT guarantee the delivery times. Due to lockdown, they will be less postal workers and couriers delivering, so please remain patient.
  • Purchased online and collecting item via click & collect¬†- Yes, we can still provide a click and collect service. You will be notified via email, when your item is available and contacted via phone or email when we are available in store for you to collect. You must abide be the Government restrictions, so make sure you are wearing a mask before entering shop premises to collect your item.
  • Local delivery¬†- At current it is still fine for us to do local delivery drop off, so yes. We will contact you in advance to make sure you are available, we will then knock on the door and wait till you have received it at a safe distance, due to government regulations.

Are we available for contact?

Yes, you can contact us through our live chat, email or WhatsApp. For fastest responses please use our live chat system. If we do not respond quick enough, please check your email account (primary, spam, trash etc.) as we will always respond to you as soon as we can.

Can we still do exchanges/returns?

During lockdown, we request you contact us first before returning an item, for what ever the reason. We will most likely delay all returns until lockdown is lifted. As long as you have contacted us first, we will advise you on what to do. We will noted in our system that you are intended to return/exchange a product(s) and extend your return/exchange time. So please do not worry about refunds, exchanges and or returns.
